Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of social media and content marketing to drive traffic, both through referrals and social media channels, while increasing engagement.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote Hourone.ai's products and services.
• Engage with our social media community, respond to comments and messages, and build positive relationships with followers and influencers.
• Utilize your exceptional writing skills to create captivating content across various formats.
• Measure... analyze, and report on the results of social channels and content marketing activities, aligning them with overarching marketing goals.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and creativity, while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating your ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple manner.
• Repackage and repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact.
• Bonus: Comfortably engage in outreach efforts to bloggers and influencers, as well as community marketing on forums and social networks.

Requirements:
• English proficiency at a native level (MUST).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social and content marketing, with at least 1 year in an in-house role at a B2B company.
• BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications (experienced applicants will also be considered).
• Highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Excellent business writing skills, with the ability to convey messages in a relevant and captivating manner.
• Proven track record of working on high-impact campaigns and successfully growing referral and social traffic.
• Proficiency in content strategy development, creation, promotion, and measurement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Comfortable conducting outreach to bloggers and influencers, as well as engaging in community marketing on forums and social networks (bonus).
