Key Responsibilities:
• Ascertain material requirements, identify suppliers capable of fulfilling these needs, negotiate price points, and organize the procurement and timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage the timelines effectively to ensure prompt delivery.
• Oversee the planning, designing, order placement, and specification of interior and construction materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Team and Project Manager to ensure material needs align with project requirements.
• Draft tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other necessary documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Monitor changes in design and/or construction work, adjusting budget forecasts as required to maintain financial accuracy.
• Establish regular communication with clients and other construction professionals, including site managers, project managers, site engineers, and designers.
• Determine pricing and estimate the cost of different materials needed for projects, enabling accurate budgeting and cost control.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in the interior design sector is essential.
• Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective internal and external interactions.
• Prior experience in sourcing from Chinese markets, particularly in construction and interior manufacturing.
• Ability to directly handle deliveries to local Indonesian and Chinese sourcing plants and production areas, acting as the main point of contact for vendors.
• Competent in negotiating unit prices, supported by comprehensive analysis.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Team Leader or Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Robust market knowledge and experience in interior materials, including signage.
• Fluency in English or Chinese is mandatory for effective communication.
• Proficiency in the Korean language will be considered an added advantage
