• Work on SOP driven processes
• Handle Incidents/Service Requests, Batch Job Monitoring and other reporting activities
• Coordinate with L2 teams on Major Incidents and other issues on a daily basis
• Issue resolution and effective communication back to the business team
• Document all repetitive activities and update KEDB
• Ensuring that the agreed SLA’s are met.

• Should have a good understanding of Japanese Language (N1, N2 and N3 level)
