Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• As a maker, input / review / approve the creation / maintenance / deletion of limit & collateral data in credit and relevant operation systems and perform quality checking to ensure data accuracy for downstream data reporting
• Perform good quality of work and within SLA
• Assist team head / team leads to review, streamline, and improve efficiency of daily operations of the teams, reduce processing turnaround time, maintain high quality of work delivered... and ensure proper control functions to avoid any possible gaps / risks with proper & prompt escalation
• Follow the process and procedures in the operations manual / policies
• Participate in UAT for various system enhancements
• Provide coaching to junior team members
• Manage working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers Requirements:
• University graduate in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or other related disciplines.
• 5 years of relevant experience in reputable banks
• Good knowledge on credit and/or regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
