YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Assist the Retail merchandising Director on rolling out the global merchandising plan throughout the regions (core assortment on each category, prebuy, group delivery…) and ensure a detailed analysis of the collection performance in order to implement corrective action

YOUR IMPACT

Work with the merchandising team under the responsibility of the Merchandising Director, prepare merchandise buying plan and buying session, based on the retail core offer, the store volume and option count.

Advise and support the regional merchandisers during each buying session ensuring that the headquarters guidelines are being applied.

Review of the purchases with the regions and update with the actual data at the end of the buying process

Update the regions on the delivery status of the collections and inform them on any issue that may arise

Analyze the collection performances and monitor sales by region, boutique, category and SKU on a weekly basis and support... zones with reorders/ transfers as necessary

Analyze competitors and prices in cooperation with the local team.

Work with the Global Visual Merchandiser in order to ensure proper display of the products in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines and the sales trend

Work with the training and CRM managers to ensure that all the activities decided by the headquarter are implemented within the regions within the schedule agreed
Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

3+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising / Buying position within a Luxuary business.

Good Knowledge in Fashion Industry

Experience on Men Categories (RTW/Shoes or Accessories)

Strong analytical skills, dynamic, proactive and assertive, strongly motivated

University or Master’s degree

Fluent in English and French

Workplace Paris 2ème
