Do you have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for safety and compliance? The YMCA of South Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team at the Kensington Community Leisure Centre. As our Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the centre, overseeing staff and ensuring that all patrons have a positive experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in the lives of others. Your key duties will include supervising usage of the leisure facility and assisting fitness staff where necessary and facility programs, ensuring that all processes are compliant and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all. You will also be responsible for educating... patrons on safety and having a strong understanding of emergency procedures to identify and respond to any emergencies. In addition to your operational duties, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and assist with general administration tasks.
