Job Title: Female Accountant (Real Estate)

Location: Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Female Accountant (Real Estate) at Tempkers Limited

Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for assigned properties
• Review invoices and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and efficient manner
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Adhere to internal controls and procedures when processing financial transactions
• Identify... opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance
• Must have worked in the real estate or construction industry for at least 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• A additional accounting certificate is a plus

Salary
