All about the role:

Within your role as Trade Marketing Manager you will team up with our customers, driving and supporting the sell-out of our AEG and Zanussi branded products. Aligned with product marketing and sales you strategically and operationally support our trade partners in delivering outstanding consumer experiences while engaging with our products and services. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you act upon data insights.
What you'll do:
As our new Trade Marketing Manager, you will focus on how to increase the visibility of our products and services and helping consumers discovering, exploring and purchasing them. If you are all about bringing product and service marketing strategies to life, here is the place where you can do so! Alongside a multifunctional and close-knit team, you'll go higher than ever before, helping us shape living for the better along the way. On detail, you will:
• Have a keen eye for customer needs and be able to engage in innovative, value-driven discussions to determine the right holistic Trade Marketing support
• Ensure a solid go-to-market strategy help us and our partners to achieve success in the marketplace
• Drive national promotions at various partners based on extensive knowledge of consumer behaviour and industry trends and manage their promotional calendar
• Determine the catalogue policy (quantities and distribution) per channel/customer, optimizing reach and impact
• Define the ideal and most effective route-to-market for POSM and recommend activities that resonates with our customers
• Develop and execute our digital strategy at our Kitchen Retail customers to increase engagement in online channels
• Evaluate the ROI of activities and ensure that we make informed decisions that drive business growth and value
• Set-up and follow-up of customers incentives and loyalty programs ensuring customer satisfaction and growth
• Interface with product marketing, sales and our customers in order to align, execute and continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Who you are:
• Master's degree in consumer marketing, business administration, marketing communications;
• Min. 5 years commercial & marketing expertise with consumers goods and interacting with key retail players in the Netherlands;
• A generalist, with a holistic, omnichannel view on marketing;
• Ability to self-start and generate insights, recommendations providing strategic direction;
• Strong (data) analytical capabilities for performance management and actionable insight generation;
• Confident with KPIs, dashboards for tracking and steering the business;
• Ability to present ideas with confidence, enthusiasm and convincing with data insights;
• Strong networker, team player investing in building long-term partnerships;
• Have a customer and quality focus, with an enthusiastic commitment to improving business performance;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
