The purpose of the Lead Data Analyst role is to manage and drive the evolution of the Finance transformations strategy regionally in the digital and analytical journey. This will be achieved by interpreting statistical and numerical data to assess and define opportunities to support the finance transformation strategy.

What you'll do:
• Develop and own the implementation and tracking of data modernization/ digitalization for the transformations team through Power Bi and other business analytical tools.
• Own the development and enhancement of team capacity planning, project budgeting, program and execution planning as well as management reporting utilizing digital solutions.
• Support managers with analysis and data collection as needed
• Creates new standard reports or ad-hoc reports for finance programs
• Accountable for translating business needs into data sets with new data source integrations
• Design and develop more efficient and effective reporting systems on transformation... opportunities and risk analysis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience data analytics in a project / finance environment.
• Proven experience in defining/developing and presenting high level analysis.
• The applicant must have professional experience with: Agile, scrum, reporting methodologies and dashboard implementation
• Strong experience in change management

Skills:
• Experience on using and deploying BI tools.
• Advanced skills on MS PowerPoint, Power BI, VBA, SQL, Ms Excel, MS projects & Visio
• Ability to develop governance and control data for the tools, inputs and outputs developed.
