In this position, you will be part of a multinational EHS team with members based across several countries within the EMEA region. The team supports Intel's business units involved in Research and Development, Logistics, Warehousing, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources utilizing direct site and remote methodologies. You will be responsible for all EHS disciplines and fire safety. The role will consist of maintaining compliance with relevant EHS environmental and industrial hygiene regulatory requirements primarily across EMEA Intel sites. On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Preparing and submitting required EHS reports and permit applications or modifications to local authorities and government agencies. Ensuring sites have the appropriate processes in place to enable compliance. Support fire safety program. Establishing and developing a strong partnership with appropriate regulatory agencies. Coordinating chemical approvals for their... use across the EMEA region. Conducting technical assessments such as noise and lighting surveys, determining indoor air quality, radio frequency assessments and other relevant workplace exposure assessments. Conducting audits of applicable EHS programmers and providing written reports of findings and recommendations for improvement. Liaising with other EHS professionals within the EMEA team and wider afield within the Corporate EHS organization. Providing EHS support to the Corporate Services EMEA Operations team. Qualifications Hold a BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Industrial, Occupational Hygiene, Fire safety or a related field. Master's degree or Postgraduate Studies diploma in Environmental Health and Safety, that meet Polish EHS diploma requirements. Fire safety experience will be added value. Minimum 5 years work experience in the fields of Safety, Environment, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and EHS construction. Fluent English both spoken and written form. Other European language would be an additional asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
