• Market and lease available properties to prospective tenants
• Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential renters
• Manage lease agreements and renewals
• Collect rent and deposits from tenants and maintain accurate records
• Respond to tenant inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet all safety regulations
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local and state housing laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven experience as a leasing agent and / or property manager
