Senior Resident Architect

· Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.

· Minimum 10 years’ relevant site working experience.

· The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.

· Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

Interested candidates keen to apply for the above position need to have the following qualities:

· Proactive mindset with the ability to work as a team.

· Familiarity with large scale institutional projects, in particular those healthcare in nature.

· Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and ID fitting out works.

· Experience with healthcare projects will be advantageous.
