Job Description

Lead through good example, training and development of the accounts team. Tax compliance and accounts (monthly and annual) will be accurate and timely. They will also be accompanied by insightful commentary explaining the results. As well as reporting and analysis of historical results, detailed forecasts of profitability, balance sheet items and cash flow will be accurately prepared on a timely basis. The role will also ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. Primary responsibility for annual audit, general office administration and risk mitigation also lie with this role.

The Successful Applicant

This role is based in Gunung Putri, Bogor and as a result of the requirements (such as around Tax) we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good... fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of accounting, as well as some years of experience in a multinational manufacturing organization. We're looking for a dynamic professional with strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
• Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• High level of ethics and integrity
