Candidates will be responsible for the daily operations of the retail pharmacy.

Duties include running the pharmacy, filling and other aspects of retail pharmacy.

There is excellent technician support with this job.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the retail pharmacy.
• Dispense medications accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Manage inventory and order medications and supplies as needed.
• Oversee and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Provide patient care services, including medication therapy management and medication counseling.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of medication dispensing and patient medication therapy.

Requirements:
• Current pharmacy licensure in Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience, including management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Working Hours:This is a full-time position, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Rotating weekends and holidays may be required.

Income is payable every Friday.
