We'd like to have a professional nutritionist/dietitian create a custom meal plan for a family for 3 (2 adults, 1 child). Our requirements are that we meal plan be a balanced diet, be able to accommodate customized plans for person 1 who is a vegetarian, person 2 + child, who consume chicken and fish. The plan needs to be an Indian diet. The goal of the mean plan is weight loss and healthy eating.
