• Responsible to obtain brands information to enhance the products knowledge in order to boost sales and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B / business accounts).
• Promotes the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Continuously research and find viable business opportunities where products awareness and line development can be expanded and grown.
• Executes sales plans to achieve market share percentage and increase sales volume.
• Attends, answers customer queries and resolves issues promptly. Effectively handles complaints and oversees daily sales operations to ensure the optimum standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Develops retention strategies with regular clients and key accounts.
• Implements, plans own tactics to achieve personal sales targets and recommends suggestions to enhance and increase products awareness.
• Continuedly, studies competitors’ activities to analyze... market trends and to review the latest updates.
• Responds and get approvals for proposal requests and vendor’s requirement, and identify new business accounts, such as but not limited, corporates, banks, or projects.
• Represents the company by visiting clients to solicit feedback on the products and services and lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build partnership opportunities.
• Coordinates with other teams i.e., delivery & installations, sales, and marketing to replenish stock and maintains appropriate merchandising standards for brands.
• Participates in all products events, promotions to develop mutually beneficial proposals, and negotiates contract terms effectively.
