Technology and DigitalUnited Arab EmiratesPosted on 1 day agoAbout the jobJob Title Educational Technology ConsultantJob Summary We are seeking an education technology SME to be a part of a team which is assisting the client in developing the technology vision future digital concept and architecture of a university The ideal candidate will be someone who is aware of similar completed ongoing planned projects and can provide insights on what is the general direction the education technology is expected to take in the near and far future Alongside developing the digital vision capability architectures roadmap and master plan within the education sector Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments for educational institutions to determine technology solutions that can enhance the learning experience for students Develop and implement technology-based learning solutions that meet the needs of educational institutions Provide training and support to faculty and staff on the effective use of... technology-based learning solutions Work with IT staff to ensure that technology-based learning solutions are properly integrated into existing infrastructure Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging trends in educational technology Collaborate with other educational technology consultants to share best practices and develop new solutions Present at conferences and workshops to showcase technology solutions and share knowledge with educators Requirements Bachelor s degree in education instructional technology or a related field At least 3 years of experience in educational technology consulting instructional design or a related field In-depth knowledge of current educational technology trends tools and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective technology-based learning solutions Strong project management skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to client sites as needed If you are passionate about using technology to enhance the learning experience for students and have the skills and experience required to be successful in this role we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity This is a contract opportunity based onsite in Dubai
