- Implement the Sales and Marketing plan per defined schedule
- Lead and Manage a team of sales experts and visitors
- Understand and Analyze the Auto Spare Parts and Auto Lubricants market
- Revise marketing and sales plan based on the market condition and dynamics
- Develop the right sales and marketing campaigns
- Carryout comparative analysis considering the existing and potential rivals
- Provide relevant market and sales-force performance report to the management team
- Communicate effectively with other groups such as finance
