Warehouse:
• Responsible for managing the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all finished goods
• Oversee warehouse maintenance and condition
• Ensure effective control of inventory and its accuracy
• Responsible for the warehouse layout

Distribution:
• Taking care of the general shipments
• Responsible for receiving goods
• European and R.O.W. Shipments
• Picking and packing orders and goods
• Ensuring shipping documents (e.g. waybills, pro-forma invoices, airway bills, sterilization certificates, export documents)
• Communicate with the courier which also includes Airfreight
• Generate and send invoices

• Issue NCMR’s

This medical organization, headquartered in Hong Kong, is working hard on cardiological innovative developments. This position of Part Time Logistics Administrator calls for 32 - 40 hours a week. Since afternoons... are the busiest, it's preferable that the free hours are enjoyed in the mornings - over a nice cup of coffee perhaps?
