Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable Business Development Manager to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying new corporate business opportunities and support in converting them into long-term clients. You will need to identify target profiles, nurture and develop leads to create opportunities and, ultimately, drive new conversions for GTH's localization service offering. In addition, build key customer... relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or Marketing in a digital setting
• Proficiency in English with impeccable written skills and pronunciation
• A comprehensive understanding of the sales process and services in the localization & translation industry, or a similar sector
• Proficiency in B2B solution selling and CRM usage
• Experience in global travel and conference attendance
• Superior communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior leadership
• The capacity to influence others and spearhead direct customer engagements
• Accountability towards performance KPIs and a drive to meet expectations
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making competencies
• The ability to perform effectively under pressure
• A proactive, target-focused, and self-motivated mindset
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B client procurement: Identifying, investigating, and reaching out to potential clients
• Account management, including maintaining current clients and implementing cross-selling/upselling strategies
• Representing the company at global events and traveling as required
• Researching potential clients online and via social media, initiating contact, engaging via calls and video conferencing, and closing deals
• Creating and presenting company overviews to prospective clients via calls and video conferencing
• Identifying potential sectors and clients through conferences and social media
• Establishing relationships with key personnel at international companies and attending both online and offline meetings
