DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (M/F) - HYBRID NICKEL PORTUGAL #digital#socialnetworks#analytics# ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a flexible and versatile marketer, customer-oriented entrepreneur and... trustworthy professional to contribute to our project. Your main responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of Digital advertising campaigns, ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. You will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through the Digital channel. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Digital campaigns, social networks, content and website creation. You should be familiar with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective digital advertising projects. The position is based in Lisbon and you will be directly reporting to the CMO of Nickel Portugal. Your main missions will be: Produce valuable and engaging Digital content that attracts and converts our target group; Coordinating moderation on social networks and implementing an influence strategy to build the Nickel community; Responsible for Digital campaigns in coordination with the Coorporate Marketing team; Oversee and approve Digital marketing material, from online campaigns to website and social media materials; Measure and report on the performance of Digital marketing campaigns and website; Analyze consumer digital behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly; Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space; Use Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising; Manage all Digital and Social Media Platforms with a major focus on building the “growth” of our Social Media Channels (focus in Facebook). For all those missions you will be working very closely with the Marketing Corporate team in France: a team of ~25 people expert on all those topics and who will provide all the necessary support organized in 4 expert centers: Digital marketing, Branding & Communication, Services & Innovation and Business Development. ABOUT THE PROFILE The ideal candidate should have the following profile: At least 2 years of experience working in Digital marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn and grow in the company; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field of study; Fluent in Portuguese and English, good level in French is a plus; Advanced oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail; Ability to work independently and autonomously, and to manage time and multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables; Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads; Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, data-driven decision-making; A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication; Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement; Proven experience on social media management
