Job Description
• Establishes all policy & procedures for a planned preventive maintenance plan for the entire hotel.
• Implements all necessary work procedures for preventive maintenance, initiates respective scheduled procedures and monitors carrying out of work.
• Overall in charge of machinery, technical systems, plants, energy, etc. of the entire hotel & staff house.

Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the same field or equivalent.
• Experience in a 5-star chain of hotels is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Licensed Engineer.
