Responsibilities:
• Make strategic plans for your products and how to succeed in your district. Together with sales manager you will set goals for the success of the product
• Create meaningful relationships with customer, i.e. gastroenterologists, nurses and key stakeholders in your area. Take ownership and responsibility to create those meetings. Also, work and create relationships with expert groups, patient societies and other stakeholders within the payer society.
• Plan and execute activities both from own planning as well as from Brand Team
• Analyze sales and market development in your district for continuous improvements.
• Take part in the internal cross-functional work and build on the internal resources available.
Basic Requirements:
You are either a person with a couple of years of experience from sales within the pharma business, preferably with competencies and established networks within the gastroenterology care or you are a specialist nurse or you have a pharmacist degree or similar. You have a high drive in creating business and relationships with your customers. Valuable competencies also include:
• experience from account based selling
• experience from working with different payers
• experience from work with different e-channels
• ability to create new relationships for the long term
• ability to understand the customers need and to find solutions connected to our strategy
• the understanding for working in a cross-functional setting and how to gain from our internal resources
• drivers license
• good knowledge in verbal and written English
• university degree or similar
LIF-exam (exceptions nurse, pharmacist or degree in biomedicine)
Additional Information:
• Travel 80-100%
• District will cover south and mid Sweden
