Our R&D team of 50 people is global (we have people based in France, Hungary, Italy and the USA), highly motivated and competent. We are a remote open company: anyone can work remotely. We also have offices in Bordeaux, Milan and Paris if that’s more your thing. Why are we recruiting? As a QA Engineer, you will be involved in the development and evolution of AODocs and its APIs, with our international development teams in Italy, Hungary and France. We attach great importance to the quality of the code (unit tests, systematic code reviews, etc... and of the product's functionalities (automated regression test). Our QA strategy is very strong and all the layers of the Product are tested and validated: the APIs and the UI both manually and automatically. Our QA people play a critical role in our Delivery and Release Management process. Your missions Design and implement testing processes for new and existing products Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform automation tests through tools such as Selenium, Cucumber or Karate Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Oversee continuous improvement projects Collect quality data and identify the KPIs for product quality YOU 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer 3 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other 3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process 3 years of experience with software QA tools and processes 1 years of experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge with the following tools Selenium, Karate and Cucumber will be a plus. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Fluent English is a must, French or other foreign languages will be a plus
