ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quality Control operations planning, performance indicators, budgets, documentation, communication and work orders.
• Responsible for all Quality Control operational activities covering the Quality Control areas of responsibility including raw materials, packaging items, sampling, stabilities, sucontractors...
• Responsible for all control laboratories within Quality Control including responsibility for premises, methods, people and equipment.
• Allocate resources in the sector according to the short-term and the medium-term activity.
• Manage the laboratory and its teams.
• Participate in the implementation of the Quality policy.
• Participate in activities related to integration of new products.
• Support continuous improvement within the sector and the company.
• Participate in the improvement of Safety Health and Environment (SHE) policy.
• Communication with staff, management and other services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION... REQUIREMENTS
• Requires Master’s degree.
• 2 to 5 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the rules and procedures applicable to Health, Safety and Environment (SHE).
• Skills in laboratory techniques, validation and transfer of analytical methods (Chemical and microbiological).
• Team management, Cross-functional mangement and Actor of change.
• Communication skills, Sense of customer service and Strength of proposal.
• Organized and rigorous, Agility to listen and Sense of analysis.
• Specific skills : Computer tools (Windows), Project management, Facilitation of meetings and working groups, Fluent in written and spoken English
