I'm working with a Global Medical Devices company in Belgium and they're looking for a junior inside sales representative in Belgium, you will be part of their newly built inside sales team where you will feel the energy of the other team members and be happy to work in such a motivating environment.

The position is permanent and hybrid and they offer a benefits pack which consists of:

bonus of 30% - paid annual + health insurance + group insurance + home work allowance + KM allowance or public transport card.

Responsibilities
• Source new opportunities and new customers through outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements and how our products can help them improve their patient care
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in order to achieve quarterly quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos... to prospects
• Manage quotations and renewals on time in full ensuring operational excellence for your focus customers.

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of Inside Sales or Field sales experience (experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Dutch, French and English)
• Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self Motivated, driven to succeed and willingness-to-learn mindset
• Knowledge of Salesforce as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook
• Team Player
