The ODM Group is a Promotional Products Marketing Agency with in-house design studio Mindsparkz.

The Key Account Manager is supposed to have a genuine passion and interest in sales and account management, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. The role involves Business Development, Sales and Client Success with strong input in design.

Successful candidates with strong performance and proven sales results are ensured a 6 months appraisal on their joining this position.

Reports To: Sales Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage, develop & grow new and existing key customer accounts

· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet

· Work with the internal teams to embrace change and offer innovative thinking

cross-functionally, communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.

· Develop and define the business strategy to achieve quarterly and yearly sales, revenue... profitability and growth targets.

· Build and manage good pipelines to grow the market share

· Analyze market intelligence and CRM data related to various businesses in the different verticals.

· Manage all workflow through Creative and Production teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

● Have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the Promotional products industry (minimum 3-5 years of experience)

● Have a highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.

● Excellent communication in English & interpersonal skills

● Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

● Experience with research and maintaining databases

● Be able to multitask and work under pressure

● Must be detail-oriented and have strong appreciation for design
