• Developing and executing HR strategy aligned to Corporate HR plan
• Supporting continuous improvement activities aligned with the site strategy plan
• Responsibility for oversight of all elements of the HR cycle and employee relations experience
• Aligning MINIFAB with SCHOTT employer value proposition
• Developing and managing the industrial relations map for the site
• Working with stakeholders in the business to support team members
• Coaching and mentoring the HR team
• Managing employee relations to provide positive and professional outcomes
• Sponsoring the culture and actions which align to cultural values
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources of related discipline
• Experience in an engineering / manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing a human resource function
• Exposure to unions and industrial relations
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HRIS systems and process... ideally SAP HR
• Strong leadership capabilities with a high level of diplomacy, professional integrity, emotional intelligence, ethics and discretion
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that thrives on diversity, inclusion and equality
