We are a venture capital start-up firm that is rapidly growing and investing in exciting and innovative businesses. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our portfolio.

The Role: As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, building relationships with founders and investors, and supporting the growth and success of our portfolio companies. You will work closely with our investment team to develop and implement strategies for sourcing and evaluating potential investments, as well as creating and executing plans to support portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new investment opportunities, including sourcing potential deals and conducting due diligence
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, investors, and industry experts
• Develop and implement strategies to support portfolio companies, including... fundraising, business development, and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential investments and make investment recommendations
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to support the firm's brand and positioning

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, venture capital, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new investment opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
