We are currently seeking a Junior Director/VP to join our M&A team in New York. This role will involve close collaboration with senior bankers across all industry groups as a member of our dedicated M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing valuations, analyses and participating in due diligence, as well as executing M&A transactions. They will also be responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and in some instances, act as a backup for important client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for specific clients.

Qualifications:

Experience in investment banking, primarily M&A related
Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
SIE, 79, 63 licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter
