We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team who will own and execute the marketing plans for brand(s) and platform(s) within beverages category.

Main Responsibilities;

Execution Plan and Implementation :
• Assist development and follow up execution of the plans for brands & categories with related to product and channels execution enablers.

Customer & Consumer Communication :
• Accountable to develop local communication execution guidelines in line with globally approved Brand Communication Frameworks and guidelines
• Assist development of online and... offline customer & consumer communication at point of consumption in alignment with the one consumer journey
• Development of executional & promotional toolkits to enable plan & implement activity calendar
• Assist development of category training material (e.g. Commercial Value Propositions, product knowledge)
• Follow up execution of PFME plans and measure ROI
• Execute digital strategy
• Build an event calendar with target profiling and define an event calendar roadmap (sponsorship vs B2C)
• Coordinate the event activation with Brand Management team and agency (planning & execution)

Business & Operations results management :
• Responsible for category business commercial plans and KPI's ( NNS, RIG/OG, MC, OP1) through
• Monthly business performance review of the platform and propose corrective actions.
• Tracking of competitor activity and development of suitable counter strategies and plans.
• Support the development and implementation of the activity calendars

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
• Min 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in beverages categories and/or working in out of home channel
• Experience in visual material development, agency management, field and event activation
