Executing end-to end recruitment process in Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan from monitoring HC budget, using assessment tools to conducting exit interviews
Assist in enhancing candidate sourcing channels, methods, and tools to meet the Group’s recruitment needs
Following up onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare and analyze management reports such as organization charts, manpower plans, etc.
Facilitate orientation and induction programs, team building activities and various training workshops
Identify learning needs, plan, and design programs to enhance staff competency in different levels and job roles
Take a key role in the selection and management of external training vendors and monitor the performance
Implementing performance management system in responsible countries in accordance with global guideline
Assist in implementing and administering... strategic HR policies and projects
Provide administration support such as, contract preparation
Developing an idea for employee engagement activities
Following the Health & Safety procedures
Prepare reports and data analysis
Maintain accurate employee related records
Drive all HR aspect for Turkey, Egypt and Jordan offices and support HR Supervisor for Global HRBP role
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
Solid human resources experience in multinational companies
Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 Years' Relevant Experience
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines, people oriented
Good command of written and spoken English
Literate in Microsoft office programs
