Description
• Inform consumers of products offered and assist with credit requests
• Analyze applications and decide whe the r to award credit
• Activate the balance in the BNB balance center and make sure it is encrypted
• Handling rejected complaints
• Freeze and unfreeze Visa cards in case of insufficient funds and handle all correspondence on the subject
• Debtor Daily Tracking
• Submit and track covered visa overdrafts with insurance companies
• Analyze and verify margin account transfers
• Daily track margin alerts .
Profiles
• You hold at least a Bachelor degree
• You speak English and Dutch
• You have a first relevant experience as a Credit Officer
