1 Study the project s documents BOQ drawings and contract to be aware of the projects specs and requirements as well as contract terms 2 Start preparing the shop drawings based on the design drawings taking into consideration the required quality standards 3 Coordinate with different departments to resolve any design conflicts and prepare the final shop drawing 4 Coordinate with the project consultant to approve the drawing and apply the needed amendments 5 Ensure that the drawings match the real conditions of the site 6 Issue the final drawings of the completed projects to be sent to the consultant client 7 Report the status of the shop drawings to the direct manager when required • Must have experience in BIM projects.• Must have experience in Shop drawings.• Desirable: Civil 3d.
