This role requires the ability and desire to understand complex interaction of several computing processes within different ERPs and use this information along with overall accounting and financial experience to help manage cash and produce cash forecasting for tactical decision making and senior management strategic planning.

The incumbent is also integral to the management of corporate working capital, building models and reporting, and working with the functions and business to understand and manage key metrics.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities : Daily : o Daily US Cash reporting and management for payables and intercompanyo Daily banking operations as necessary.

Weekly : o Manage factoring program (settlements, documentation, and sampling).o Compile and global and US 13-week cash flow forecast.

o Produce variance analysis of weekly, produce management reporting.Monthly / Quarterly : o Current year cash projections / forecasts for board meeting, other users.

o Assist in coordinating tax and dividend payments.o Own EBITDA to Cash bridge / reporting.o Coordinate debt activity (invoices, borrowings, swaps, etc.

o Debt covenant calculations.o Working capital analysis, including updating and building models.Ad Hoc Projects as assigned : o Financial risk (FX and commodities) mapping and hedging opportunities.

o Manage global bank account roster and signatories.o Banking fee analysis.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
• Strong finance acumen gained from experience, with previous hands-on experience building and modeling cash, both ground up from individual business inputs, and top down from financial statements.
• Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders on a recurring basis to obtain information and review analysis.
• Ability and fluency in making and supporting business cases to senior management.
• Proactively communicate regarding future risks with a solutions-based orientation.
• Curious and growth mindset; keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone, look beyond the obvious.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA desired but not required.
• 8 to 10 years relevant work experience in the accounting / treasury.
