Leadership responsibility: You will lead the growing team "Enterprise Architecture and Business Application Management" with 3 employees within the internal IT department. In doing so, you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership for your team and promote their development. In addition, you will actively drive the IT strategy as part of the IT leadership team.

Architecture Design. For INVERTO, you will develop the target picture of the enterprise-wide... information, process and application architecture, supported by IT peers. You will also support your team in developing the business architecture by providing the appropriate tools and information. In doing so, you strongly involve your team, the business as well as departments such as HR, Finance, Administration and Knowledge Management, as well as the various department heads. You organize the Change Advisory Board, where changes with company-wide impact are planned and prioritized.

Digitalization Projects. Your team leads projects with a focus on digitalization, process automation and business applications. For example, you are responsible for the introduction of a new HR management system or a digital learning platform. You also optimize the automation of workflows and processes.

Process and stakeholder management. Together with your team, you define the required processes for the lifecycle management of our business applications. This ensures the proper operation, further development and non-technical support of the applications by your team. You also involve the application owners from the specialist departments in these processes.
VERY IMPORTANT TO US.

You have relevant, several years of professional experience in the area of business application management, IT change and demand management and/or enterprise architecture on a company-wide level. In doing so, you were able to gain initial leadership experience.

You bring a strong process orientation. In addition, structuring and organizing coordination processes are among your great strengths.

You are a strong communicator in business fluent German and English. You act professionally on all levels up to the management.
