We are looking for a "Digital Growth Executive" for our client operating in gaming/entertainment industry.

You will work with analytics user data to understand customer behaviour, discover customer pain points and identify business opportunities,
You will make benchmarking reports to identify market trends and opportunities,
You will manage (part of) main user journeys on site like activation, play, winning experience etc,
You will create detailed product strategy and roadmaps with vision, key initiatives, expected outcome and timelines,
You will conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet goals,
You will design customer experience and business processes to support growth initiatives incl. preparation of requirement documents, cx specifications, briefs, mock-ups and you will make sure that your improvement idea has been communicated effectively to the team for perfect execution,
You will work with marketing, sales, risk management, finance, UX, customer operations... and engineering teams to deliver enhancements to our site,
You will work on key projects as leader or contributor,
You will own quality through hands-on quality assurance testing and make sure designed experience is launched to the users,
You will monitor and periodically prepare reports on performance metrics together with improvement suggestions and plans.

qualifications

5+ years of digital growth, digital marketing and/or product management experience,
Good examples of commercial achievements,
Experience in working with mobile development teams,
Experience in working with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence etc,
Experience in data analysis tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Firebase etc,
Data-driven work style and reasoning,
Self-motivation and performance even in imperfect environment,
Interest in sports betting,
Bachelor's or Masterâs Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
