Qualifications
• 2-5 years of work experience preferably in a similar role (customer service, operations, logistics, supply chain, etc.)
• Advanced computer knowledge and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to speak English (fluent)

Job Description
• Reply to all quotations and product availability enquiries
• Process orders placed by customers for supply locally or overseas from point of order receipt through to invoicing
• Record and chase PODs (Proof of deliveries) those are needed to support invoicing
• Record and resolve any customer invoice queries
• Issue and record all non-conformances where delivery is not made in accordance with customer requests including any follow up/investigation needed
• File all customer orders
• Process customer returns and necessary credits
• Update customer information in various databases
• Review safety stock and forecast parameters quarterly
• Raise replenishment orders
• Maintain daily OTIF records
• Lead S&OP process
