A vibrant, innovative and successful Real Estate Company that strives for excellence has an exciting new opportunity for a Financial Accountant to be part of the team at their Head Office in Kent Town.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be tasked with managing a small offshore team, oversee the account Sales & Property Management process, manage the VPA process, assist with any complex transactions, financial reporting to the Financial Controller including end of month reporting and other accounting based tasks may be included.
What you'll need to succeed
An accounting degree is essential. Between 3-5 years experience is preferred. Good multitasking, problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Communication with the sales and property management team is required.
