Job DescriptionAre you ready to play a vital role in control and guidance of financial performance results?This is the chance to bring the expertise to partner with ANZ business and collaborate with the commercial functions in APAC region!Core ResponsibilitiesAct as Finance Business Partner for Australia & New Zealand, steering BU financial performance from revenue to EBIT.Key member of ANZ Leadership team and APAC Market & Channel Finance team.Lead in-year financial planning and review cycles in ANZ BU.Champion investment efficiency and productivity agendas with financial analysis and data insights.Steer overall P/L management with deep focus on revenue management, trade investments and marketing spend as well as overheads.Broader finance oversight ("a'la CFO") in market and organisation to connect various elements of governance and stewardship led out of Finance / Treasury / Tax / Legal.Represent Finance in ANZ business steering meetings and LT meetings to bring in financial... insights for better decision making e.g. demand planning, business performance reviews.Drive strong financial governance including strengthening of internal control attitude, behaviours and processes.Ad-hoc projects.Play your part in our team succeeding!In this position, you will be the only commercial finance resource in the BU, but you work with controlling team and accounting function to make the numbers right. Also, you act as a business partner towards ANZ General Manager and Leadership team.The role is part of APAC Market Finance Organisation, which is responsible for finance business partnering towards all commercial functions in APAC region.Do you have what it takes:A degree is not a prerequisite, the ideal candidate needs to be able to demonstrate financial & management accounting proficiency.8-12 years of commercial controlling and business partnering experience from an international company, preferably within FMCG or retail.Must have worked with and delivered results in the field of commercial finance (planning, reporting and analysis) preferably in Business Partnering.Strong communication skills. Confidence to collaborate with people across different functions, business divisions and time zones.Competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.Strong technical and commercial competence with an innovative approach in finding mutually beneficial solutions.Combines a well-developed analytical ability with tenacity, see ideas through to execution and make recommendation based on limited data.Curious approach with a strong end to end business understanding, proactively looking for opportunities to contribute to the business, motivated to work with others and seeks to understand other views.#LI-BN1What's in it for you?
