Responsibilities:
• SAGE; implementation, improve and develop accountant's technical skills within administration subsidiary team in order to guaranty HQ Balance and Income Statement model;
• Ensuring equal master data (customers, suppliers, articles and others) between 1C and SAGE;
• Ensuring the reliability of information transmission between 1C and SAGE;
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports. Monthly reporting to Mother Company. IBM TM1. Direct contact with HQ financial department to answer their requirements;
• Deviations analysis from project margins. Reporting and proposing future improvements to the manager director;
• Overseeing monthly review of cash flow forecasts. (TM1 reporting);
• Assist external audit team and internal controls compliance;
• Ensuring compliance group's accounting policy;
• Holding annual budget. Monthly deviation, analysis;
• Analyze internal process to make recommendation for improvements on-going basis (e.g. reduce manual... work).
Required:
• Good Excel skills (minimum Vlook up and Pivot Table), Words, and PowerPoint;
• Ability to work flexibly. Date deadlines;
• Focused on results;
• Good level of English;
• Interpersonal skills. Teamwork.
