ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING 10 00 AM TO 6 30 PM MONDAY TO SATURDAY Desired Candidate Profile-B Tech B E in Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in of Project Management Coordination Erection amp Commissioning of Transmission and Distribution Projects comprising sub-stations power plants and Industrial Projects -Shutdown experience required Key Responsibilities This section of the scope includes but is not limited to electrical services working directly for the COMPANY Supervisor The services include the maintenance and repair of the following systems -Carry out Troubleshooting Inspection and repair of the electrical parts of owned facilities and Plant equipment such as Motors Generators Transformers MV LV switchgears Protection relays VFDs UPS Battery Chargers Power Management System EOTcranes HVAC systems F amp G system Cathodic Protection system lighting systems and CCTV PA radio systems-Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance for the electrical... equipment across Plant and facilities-Implement repair services for break downs and emergencies for Plant and facilities as guided by Superiors -Involve in implementing reliability related projects to improve the performance of electrical parts of equipment-Conduct Participate in investigation of root cause of failures analysis of electrical parts of Plant equipment and owned facilities and implement recommended solutions to avoid any un-planned equipment trips and Plant shutdowns -Carry out Protection Relay Tastings as per the schedule and as and when found necessary-Carry out review of Protection Relay coordination as necessary and suggest the Changes if required-Design and carryout control system modifications as necessitated-Coordinate Annual third party Oil Analysis of Transformer Cathodic Protection Tests and assist HOS in implementing the recommendation -Carryout reconfiguration of VFDs Fire and gas addressable devices loops CCTV cameras and system-Carryout minor programming modifications in PMS HVAC and Synchro-power sharing control PLCs and SCADAs-Explore Alternative materials for equipment spares to achieve cost effectiveness-Carryout Participate in JSA and implement the Hazard mitigation methods-Inspect new electrical spare parts of equipment which are procured to be stored as stock items in the warehouse -Assist Superiors in carrying out Technical Evaluations-Collect and analyses maintenance related data prepare reports-Guide Assist Electrical Technicians and Electrical Supervisor in solving complex problem-Maintain documentation in Maintenance Management System-Supervise Contract Jobs as desired-Preparation of SCOPE OF WORK for Contracts as desired-Carry out design reviews approval submitted by CONTRACTOR-Be Conversant with IEC standards related to Elect Equipment -Handle the responsibilities of Superior immediate Supervisor as and when delegated Participate in the Plant Health and Safety programs and ensure that all the Electrical maintenance activities are conducted as per these policies and guidelines
