*Open for across France (Paris) & other EU Locations including (Spain/Portugal/Romania/Germany)Role purposeAs part of the Technical Solution Management team, the UC Service Delivery Config Engineer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Colt’s Unified Communications orders (Colt Intelligent Communications, IP Voice Solutions,). Colt decided to insource external delivery activities to colt to follow our strategy to grow in the Cloud Marked. As Config Engineer you will configure the Audiocodes Session Border Controllers (SBC) for our customers including the related connectivity’s like SIP Trunks, 3rd Party PBX and special configurations. This could be onpremise SBCs or Cloud based SBCs (AWS, Google, Azure,VMware,..). After the configuration the service needs to be documented and handed over to operations.The role requires a person with the technical background knowledge (IP Telephony, SIP Trunking, Networking, etc.), as well as good leadership and communication abilities in... order to coordinate and configure all aspects of the solution and interact with all relevant stakeholders (customer technicians, partners and Colt’s technical teams).Key AccountabilitiesManaging migrations to the Cloud SBC and Customer dedicated SBCSetup and configuration of dedicated Audiocodes SBCs according the Colt deliverables onpremise SBCs or Cloud based SBCs (AWS, Google, Azure,VMware,..)Performs configuration tasks on all Colt’s UC platforms, and coordinates with technicians in other areas to perform E2E testing and joint troubleshooting as requiredCustomer acceptance testingConfigure move add and changes on the SBCs during InLiveManages relationship with external partners involved in the delivery of UC solutions, ordering their services and managing their resources during implementation accordingly (only if 3rd party is required)Provide product training ( SBC, MS Teams,..) and professional services to customersBecomes a Product expert, supporting higher level functions within Colt. Collaborates with management and other teams to support complex customer deals, projects and proactively contributes to product improvement plansReception and validation of orders into Delivery pipeline. Works with Sales Teams to ensure an order is deliverable in accordance with agreed timelines, costs and technical requirementsMain customer contact during delivery stage of a service . Keeps customers informed of order status, resolves their Service Delivery queries and gathers low level technical details required for provisioning of the serviceMust-haveHas experience in a customer facing role and technically complex environmentHas technical knowledge how to configure SBCs technologies and is familiar with the main players, vendors and technologies (TCP/IP, SIP Trunking, Rbbn, Audiocodes,Microsoft, Avaya, Asterisk, Cisco, etc.)SIP Config/Troublshoot capabilities (read and understand trace files)Is able to work in a changing and challenging environment, manages pressure well and responds proactivelyStrong team player, supports the team sharing knowledge, best practices and collaborating as requiredProficient English + second European languageOccasional travel may be requiredWillingness to work OOH ( MACs, Migrations)Not Mandatory but valuedAudiocodes ACE/ACA certificationPrevious experience as an Voice technician or similar rolePM experience and/or qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)Technical related experience and/or qualifications (Microsoft, Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk
