• Achievesindividual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (KeyPerformance Indicators)
• Being member of the respectivetransition team to relocate accounting activities to Bucharest
• Keep close contact with externalcustomers to achieve collection targets
• Analyzing financial reports and records
• Ensure accuracy of postings
• Performing various analyses and preparingaccount reconciliations
• Assisting with financial and tax audits
• Documenting and monitoring internalcontrols in support of auditing team
• Coordinating more complex accountingprojects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance teamor with other departments
• Contributing to continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize service quality
• Becompliant with all SGBS process and policies
• Performsother duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers
• Previousexperience in Finance/Accounting
• Previousexperience in working with ERP (preferably SAP FI... module) is a plus
• Studies inthe field of accounting, finance and economics
• Strongnegotiation and communication skills
• Previousworking experience preferably in large/global organizations
• Goodtechnical knowledge of MS office
• Effectiveanalytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasmand commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
• Ability tounderstand complex environments
• Self-motivation,quick learning and creative thinking
• Very goodEnglish language skills
• Advancedknowledge of another European language (in addition to Romanian/English)
