Job duties include: Performing FP&A functions including annual budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis. This individual will be responsible for monthly reviews of financials, research, variances and improving organizational workflows. Responsibilities:
• Perform FP&A functions, such as preparing annual budgets, forecasting and analyzing financial statements
• Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations
• Conduct monthly reviews of financial statements
• Research variances on financial statements to adjust journal entries as needed
• Determine financial status and analyze forecast results
• Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation
• Assist in improving organizational workflows through process optimization

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI system experience is highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
