Primary Purpose of the Position
The Regional Accounting Expert (COE) will report directly to Sr. Operational Finance Manager, APAC and provide high quality accounting and financial management services in 2-3 countries including month-end closing & reporting and involve projects eg. system improvement and automation, SOP optimization. Key Accountabilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Following local and global accounting guideline, ensure financial reports are completed timely.
Control and complete general ledger and fix asset management.
Manage account reconciliation according to closing timeline, ensure no material misstatement.
Liaise with management and prepare adhoc finance reports as required
Manage Chart of Accounts creation, deletion, change etc.
Support internal/external audit to ensure full compliance Process and Projects
Drive projects including global project implementation in APAC, standardization solution across APAC entities, system automation implementation.
Use BI... reports to identify and track for improvements.
Improve process in all accounting function to ensure internal control and compliance
Other tasks assigned by manager Education and Qualifications:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
At lease 2 years' experience in GL and reporting.
Sound knowledge of Power BI.
Advance English skill can write and communication in English. Soft skills and abilities:
