As Finance Manager you will take part of the Finance team anchored within the CFO area and lead a team of 5 engaged colleagues. The CFO area is characterized by a dynamic and international working environment with constant focus on driving impact for 3Shape and developing our employees. We are looking for a Finance Manager to take active ownership for setting direction and... maturing below responsibilities to the next level:
• People manager for a team of 5 colleagues
• Own the 3Shape Group’s Record-to-Report process including engaging with subsidiaries and prepare the Group Financial Manual
• Perform relevant group controlling of financial reporting from subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly financial consolidation including Group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Act as Finance Manager for sales support entities in 3Shape
• Own customer credit management process including setting credit limits and quarterly follow-up with sales regions
• Oversee payroll process for Danish legal entities
• Prepare annual financial reports and tax returns for 3Shape Group and Danish entities
• Manage annual external audit process

In addition:
• You create followership, are self-driven and accountable for deliveries
• You have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization

The right qualifications can vary with each candidate, but we imagine that you have:
• Master’s degree from a business school, university (economics) or similar within Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2+ years of people managerial experience from an equivalent position within a larger organization
• Proficient in the Accounting and Finance toolbox
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English
• Experience within IFRS adoption and reporting
• Experience from publicly or private equity owned company
