About the job
As the Nordic Accounting and Reporting manager you will lead the Nordic accounting and reporting team including setting and implementing the organization strategy and goals.
The role also includes:
• Responsibility for accounting and reporting for the Danish entity, both internal and external / statutory.
• Leading a team of three direct reports spread... in the Nordic countries.
• Coordinating and cooperating with Shared Service Krakow, Nordic countries, central Alfa Laval functions and Northern Europe Cluster.
• Performing and overseeing accounting, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
• Supporting on various neighboring areas such as payroll/bonus and service center.
• Approvals and oversight of AP, bank, salary & bonus etc.
• Improvement projects and continuous process improvement.
• Compliance, corporate governance and internal control.
• Hands-on support when needed.

What you know
To succeed in this position, you:
• Have a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar combined with a proven track record in finance and accounting from an international work environment.
• Have capability to be both operationally involved and strategically orientated.
• Possess excellent communication skills where you master English and Danish.
Practicalities
You will report to the Nordic Shared Service Manager and will be based in Soborg.
The position includes occasional travelling within the region.
