Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and competent Web Developer to join our team, working remotely and independently to meet all our web design, development, and maintenance needs. Reporting to the General Manager, the Web Developer will ensure that our online presence remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain our websites, ensuring... optimal performance and user experience
• Integrate and manage RMS API for seamless reservation systems
• Utilize October CMS or similar platforms for back-end website coding
• Implement front-end website design enhancements and UI/UX improvements
• Monitor website performance, including speed and capacity
• Oversee HotJar monitoring and analytics integrations for data-driven improvements
• Manage outbound website emails and updates

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong understanding of web development requirements
• Expertise in RMS API integrations
• Proficiency in website design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Demonstrated experience with October CMS or similar back-end coding platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage ad-hoc outcomes with short notice
• Problem-solving skills to address important and sometimes urgent issues
• Must have a suitable office space and reliable internet service
