• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Manage assessment programs to evaluate employees performance and create a good carrier path for all employees
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

Job Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent
• Experience in human resources or related fields
• Knowledge of HR systems and... databases
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• A minimum of four years of human resources experience
